The summer of 2004 Nathan received and took a call to Sturgeon Bay in Door County Wi. Prince of Peace became his church ministry for the next nine- and one-half years. Nathan then received a call to be the Mission Advancement Director for the Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee. He served in the Milwaukee Christian education system for the next four years. He then returned to Door County to be the Director of a Christian Retreat on the shores of Lake Michigan. Although Nathan and his wife Karin ran the center since their time at Prince of Peace they were able to come back and now run it full time.
Christ of the Bay in December of 2018 approached Nathan for help. He agreed to help the church as a vacancy Pastor. In November Nathan was issued a call to serve at the church’s part time pastor. Nathan accepted the call and is looking forward to helping Christ of the Bay grow in faith and numbers as they serve God and the community together.

Pastor Nathan Lewis
Pastor Chad has been a church planter since graduating from Concordia Seminary St Louis in 2014. His first call was to plan Renew Lutheran in Lake Saint Louis, MO. In the summer of 2015 Chad and his family moved to Green Bay, WI and was called to become part time staff at RAIZED Church. Since then he has always worked as a bi-vocational pastor. Serving both in the community and the church the last 8 years has given him great insight into the ministry we call our people to serve alongside their regular jobs.
In fall of 2022, Chad was asked to consider joining the staff of Christ of the Bay. RAIZED was operating as a house church at this time and over long prayerful conversations, the members of RAIZED and Christ of the Bay agreed to join ministries and work to further build relationships in the community. Chad and his family love to serve other young families in leading missional lives for Jesus. Life is an adventure and together we love to bring others along to find the ways God wants us to be active in it.
Chad and his Wife Jenna have been married for 11 years and have four children, Lillyanna (8), Adylyn (6), Ellyse (2), and Fynnigan (11mo).
